Topps redemption question?

Has anyone ever had this come up after entering a redemption code?

"The Redemption code that you entered is inactive"

I just scratched it off and entered it and that is what I got. The redemption has not expired yet and is good for another 3 weeks.

Looks like I need to call customer service!

I double checked it to make sure it was right and it was. I went back today and entered it and it worked!

Maybe they just had a glitch in the system. As a matter of fact they sent me an email a couple days ago saying that one of my redemption's was delayed. The problem is I already got it about a month ago but on the site it still says pending.
