Topps Redemption Site Problems !?

Heres the story

I recently made a trade w/ a member on a different forum for his Mike Leake rookie auto from topps chrome (redemption). All went well and he pm'ed me and also sent me the redemption card, I went to the site and redeemed it. It worked of course. 3 days later i checked and saw It was gone (under where it said "MY REDEMPTIONS" it was blank, the leake was my only remdemption). So i refreshed the page 9 times Still nothing..
I emailed topps and no response yet.

Question for you guys!
Has this happened before? anyone else experinces any problems lately? Is the site down? Does it mean its shipped?!

Beside the My Redemptions on the bottom of the page is a + or a - go ahead and click on that and you should get a list of what you have redeemed including sent and pending.
