Is it safe to say, if we have not received our Silver Slate wrapper redemption from Topps by April 5, 2013, there is a better chance of snow falling in Orlando, FL tonight compared to me receiving the Silver Slate wrapper redemption cards at all?

As an fyi, we sent our first in on 2/14 and the second was sent out to Topps on 2/18 - at that time, it was reported in Twitter that they were running low.
