He's listed it quite a few times and will cancel bids (and the auction) if he doesn't get his price (which is $36K+)

Another note...you will get "1000+ unopend packs" of which 700 where bought in this lot that cost $100

Furthermore, his spending includes alot of box busting of many many regular boxes. Overall there is going to be a ton of commons.

There are some nice cards the like Ty Cobb that he paid $500+, but the bulk is stuff that he gets in lots which will water down the true "worth" of the listing

I don't understand how he can have the same lot listed 3 times. He has two BIN and another one where people are bidding on it. If by chance someone does the BIN what happens to the people who are bidding on it in the other auction?? If they get cancelled do they have any recourse?? Butch

Yea, he does seem a bit shady in this now that I see what you guys have pointed out. Still a lot of nice cards.

Butch - He would just end the other auctions if someone hit a BIN on one of the others. And no, they would have no recourse. Ebay would get a ton of fees on that one and would do nothing.

That and similar lots look like they would be fun to win and open, but it's 100% pure JUNK wax! We must resist the allure of the many different colors and designs!!! Finally, a way to get rid of your unwanted 1989 score packs...combine them with your unwanted 1991 Fleer, 1990 Topps and 1992 Donruss packs!
