He has 4300+ feedbacks.. mostly from selling autos.. maybe we don't know what its worth!!!!

I just dont get it. Simply because ive seen autographs of his go for 50-60 on baseballs at most.

It's possible he mis typed and meant to enter 69.99.
The 9 is above the 6 on the number pad. He may have not noticed he hit the numbers together.
