when breaking cases and/or sets is it better too list the cards on ebay individually or as team sets..which is more profitable or better?

You mean base cards? Unless there's a hot RC in there it would be better to sell them as team sets. Regular base cards aren't going to sell on eBay, the postage cost makes it more expensive than the card is worth.

The answer would be different for high-end sets where base singles are worth enough for it to be worth buying 1 card and paying for shipping.
