i got my last case off ebay.....

several sellers offer cases of regular ones for roughly $45 or premiums in the mid 60's with free shipping ...i actually got lucky on mine....i bought a case of the regular ones for $45 but the guy ran out and sent me the premiums instead....

Ebay is probably the best bet. Unless you can convince your local card shop to give you a case for an ebay price without the shipping. (Works if they are getting a lot themselves...)
