I was happy to get this today, but it was a disappointing success. This card was returned signed in an envelope that was mangled by the postal system envelope sorter. Unfortunately, the card looks just as bad as the envelope.

Yeah, it happens, Jeff. Not very often, but it happens. However, what I want to know is why this happens why does it always happen to TTMs? Just once I'd like to see it happen to one of those pieces of junk mail I get.....

I think I've never received a bill mangled. But I have received a couple signed cards in those little plastic USPS baggies....
