Hodee4 might be right... too many Cowboys cards has altered my thought process! I made a trek to my LCS (2 hours away) yesterday and was only going to get football. Well, I came away with this, another baseball card, and a basketball card!! Any help on what the value of this card is will be rewarded with kind thoughts and a general feeling of niceness towards you!

Really?! That's great! It was in the display case by the register and as I was paying for my other swag I saw it and thought what the heck... YOLO!
A little known HOF RC. Most colletors would see that card and figure it was just a common.
6 and up is where the vintage really go up in value. To me a vintage 6 is pretty much the equivalent of a modern 9 and a vintage 7 is like a modern 10.
Even with it off center like the Pete Rose I posted?6 and up is where the vintage really go up in value. To me a vintage 6 is pretty much the equivalent of a modern 9 and a vintage 7 is like a modern 10.
At a 6 the card will either be high book or higher generally speaking. The rest of the card must have been stellar to overcome the centering issue. THe corners look absolutely fantastic which is my personal #1 thing when it comes to cards.Even with it off center like the Pete Rose I posted?

Now all you need is the other 786 cards in that set and you'll have a complete set. That set seems to have an infinate number of cards. It might be the largest vintage baseball set.
So cool! So much better than those brass coins Pinnacle put in cards in the 90's... although some were silver and some gold plated. But this is so much more classy.
For a lot of vintage, a 6 grade is valued as the same as the raw high grade in Beckett. If a card books for 60.00 a lot of the time that is also what a graded 6 books for as well.6 and up is where the vintage really go up in value. I don't have Beckett so in estimating vintage BV's, I use the PSA guide for ExMt 6.For a lot of vintage, a 6 grade is valued as the same as the raw high grade in Beckett. If a card books for 60.00 a lot of the time that is also what a graded 6 books for as well.
