For those playing along at home, the 5 teams that Rison played with after he left the Falcons in 1994 were
Cleveland Browns (1995)
Jacksonville Jaguars (1996)
Green Bay Packers (1996)
Kansas City Chiefs (1997-1999)
Oakland Raiders (2000)
I can't say that I recall him on any of those teams! In 1997 with the Chiefs, he even had a 1000 yard season and was a Pro-Bowler!

THe Browns spent so much money on Rison that the owner had to borrow money for the signing bonus. The dire financial situation of the Browns because of his contract was a big reason the Browns moved to Baltimore in 1996.

I actually just saw a Rison card in Chiefs Uniform when I was looking up a '97 Revolution Set... and NOW I see him in Green Bay uniform in another '97 Set... Finest. Very strange!!
His contract certainly was a contributing factor. Can you imagine an owner these days having to borrow money for a signing bonus? The Browns cut him to be able to sign their 2 1996 draft picks............HOFers Jonathan Ogden and Ray Lewis. Much better moves in the draft than in free agent signings!!
Gotta give a big shout out to Doc for the shiny Cowboys cards he sent! I never would have thought that Green and Yellow could look good together, but somehow, they made it work!
