Changed the email in my account and now I am a New Member again?

I changed the email address in my profile settings and it seems to have reverted me back to being a new member.

My avatar says I must send first (despite having 477 Bench Points) and my Inbox only allows me to store 100 messages (was 250 before) and I cannot send any messages out.

Could a mod please assist?
