Couple questions I have and need help with: 2011 Topps & Heritage

Okay, 1st question:

2011 Topps wrapper redemption: I know the 50 card pack-wrappers can be used towards the redemption, but I thought I read somewhere where retail wrappers can be mailed in as well, but many more wrappers for that option. I'd like to get more info on this if true, since we have probably 500 wrappers.

#2: I'm having requests for SP variations of 2011 Heritage. Are the SP cards the higher #'d cards from around 400 and up?

The last I heard from the Topps website....only the hobby 2010 topps wrappers or jumbos were used for the wrapper redemption program.....there was nothing for the retail of the 2010 topps. Best regards, David
