Help me identify this sketch card - Matsui??

Evening all!

Bought a box of 2008 Topps Updates and Highlights from Blowout on Black Friday. Got it in today, and pulled this sketch card. Would you guys agree that this is Hideki Matsui?

Any idea how much I could get for this? I've been out of the loop for a little while and I'm not all that familiar with the sketch cards. I know they are "one of one", but did they make more than one sketch card for each player? I've got to think yes based off the odds on the back of the packs compared to the printing plate odds.
