Most definitely. Not sure I will try the mail route though. Since he is not 100% TTM. He does do stuff around occasionally in the area so may try that.

I thought I would add an interesting twist to this post.
Here are two TTM autographs I received from Mark McGwire. The first I received earlier this month.
The second I received in 1987 (yes, this dates me LOL). His signature has changed a little .... but not too much.

were the heck is my mcgwire at!!! congrats to those who r lucky enough to get it, mine is apparently lost in the mail as i sent one at the start of spring training and one 3 weeks ago!!
Between here and SCN it seems more people are sending A's cards than Cardinals cards. I would have guessed more Cardinals card than A's. Here's hoping some more of you get a card back. Wonder if he will continue signing during the season?
