Thanks. I think that was the one I sent to the 2nd time. I was a USPS employee for one year about 8 years ago and even I have no idea why they can slap an "unable to forward" sticker on there with the address it should've been sent to, but don't actually forward it to that address. More money to make, I suppose
I know where to come when I get anymore "unable to forward" returns. Thanks for the lightning-quick responses

Hey, for those of you who were curious about Scott Bullett when I brought him up in April...the Martinsville, VA address has just spawned a few successes. They've taken 200+ days, but it might be worth the shot.
Hmm interesting. Last I heard, Scott is living in Canada and has a baseball school. The requests now must be catch-ups.
Yeah, I know he had the baseball school too. Have you tried him there? I usually am hesitant to send to Canada (Hence why I'm glad the Phils are moving from Ottawa so I can get John Russell)

I would send to him, he is a pretty good signer and I see a success on the 1st of October.

Yeah, overall Rocker has a 90% success rate. Definitely use the address Ben supplied, though...Old Forysth Rd. hasn't been used in over a year.
