While they are retired, I'd consider them Superstars so more than likely, you will not get them TTM. If they are in the HOF, best bet would be to mail to the HOF. The Hank Aaron success c/o the Braves are all clubhouse signed by someone other than Hank. I read something where he stated he never sees his mail.
