Problem with Beckett collections and checklists??

I have noticed that when I download the Vladimir Guerrero checklist, it is missing a ton of cards from 2009. No printing plates are listed as well as cards like Bowman Chrome red and orange refractors. They do appear on Beckett's site, so that I can add them to my collections.

Anyone else notice this? I like to have a printed list for quick reference but the checklist is missing way too many cards.
