I pulled a Ben Gamel Blue Border Bowman card numbered to 500. What are these? Are they just a parallel or something? Any help would be great!

Sounds like a parallel.

It's a "Bowman Blue" parallel. Bowman has included colored parallels in their sets the last few years. There are green ones, along with other colors, as well.
