Holy crap, I thought you made a mistake on that but I just saw that sale. It had 24 bids on it too. In my 4 year old vintage Beckett Guide it booked at $30!
Dang - glad I picked up my copy in a trade. Not even sure what I gave up - but can't imagine whatever it was is over $300 at this point!

Ya... I couldn't believe the bids 2 days before the hammer fell, so I had to watch it. Did you see how dang sharp and centered it is? @PRosefan1 is pretty close!

Now... don't go by my assessment of $300... please!! Apparently I'm not that good at appraising... I'm just going on that 1 sale, the quality of that card, and what Darryl posted. Plus... that seller probably has a HUGE following (based on their half a million items sold)...

LOL- completely understand. I am sure mine isn't in the $300 range - but guessing it is well above the $30ish in trade value I gave up for it.

Us???? You on the sidelines???? 🤣 (silly pet peeve of mine!)
I caught that when I posted... didn't feel like editing.. I called out a radio host in Dallas for doing it years ago... I should know better

Obviously you are totally unaware that TC is the long snapper on onside kicks for the Cowboys! His jersey number is 3.14159 and is known as The Grand Prairie Prodigy and the McGeehe Mauler. When he flies down the field with his 9.7 40 speed, Tony Romo (rhymes with Andrew Cuomo) is rendered speechless (Thank God!) which is an incredible feat of epic proportions.

9.7??? That's a bit generous... must've false started by about 5 seconds! lol

That one sure is a beauty. Mine has a slight wrinkle. Drag. But then, at 300-400 I probably won't be replacing it. OTOH, my 2 Seaver rc's are pristine.

I do remember seeing him at the combine....never seen the 40 timed with a sun dial before....😆

Count me as one of thje few who really likes Action Packed cards. They are really nice looking and for me value isn't everything when it comes to card collecting/
Guess I'm part of the few, too. AP had some of the best photos from the early 90s cards. The Gold Parallels and Gold Mint have held up over time, they even had decent inserts for their time. Aaaand the made these. I don't know how this person won these for $20... they must've had 2 rabitt's feet dangling from a four leaf clover around their neck! I know BV is deceptive, but with an early ser. numbered Emmitt Gold card booking for $75 each this should have been at least $100.
