All he does is catch touchdowns. But isn't that kinda the point??? I remember the second Vikings game I ever attended, CC made a fantastic sideline catch against the Chargers tiptoes on the sideline and reaching deep into out of bounds.
the catch is about at the 1:50 mark.

My parents had 2 of these parrots in the early 80's before I was born... they had to get rid of them when I came along. From pictures I've seen one was a young adult and the other was an older chick. When I was around 10 y.o. we used to frequet a pet store in Arlington that had an adult Scarlet Macaw. My Dad would spend the whole time hanging out with that daggum bird and not the puppies or kittens like me and my Mom. I would go over and see the bird, but it hated me! Really liked my Dad, though... when I was 14 I remember him really wanting an African Gray Parrot. He was very close to getting one in Dallas. We would go see him on my visits to his house. Very cool birds! Ridiculously smart... if you get a chance, read the short Wikipedia on African Grays. What amazes me the most, I think, is that the common Crow is up there in intelligence with an African Gray... crazy!

When your parents flipped a coin to determine if the birds or you stayed or went, they should have used the old "Heads the birds win, tails TC loses" trick. Works every time.

Between this card and the Fleer Fernando RC, I've been on a small run of cards I recently traded away being posted here.
That is a nice looking card! These Emmitt cards I have been stockpiling for decades are finally paying off as tradebait. Got a sweet Gronk RC in return for this.

I always wanted an Action Packed 24 kt Gold Emmitt so I traded for 2 of them. So after 30 years of wanting one, I turn around and trade both of them to you. Go figure!! I guess Mr Spock was right when he said "Wanting is more pleasurable than having..".

Spock gets deep... it's so true. Same can be said about anticipation. Checking mailbox every day for a banger card to arrive, and when it does and you open it.... meh.
But at least those Golds went to a collector of Cowboys Gold parallels specifically... I won't ever get rid of those!! Have a few "new" Emmitt Golds on the way from COMC.
Oh, btw.... anyone else having trouble accessing/staying on the site the last few days? It's probably something I'm doing but wanted to check.
