I see everyone got comedy training this week! Actually I was shocked that I got the exact same cards in 3 blasters! not one new card after the first one...

In actuality, when I posted the picture it kept giving me the option to insert it, so in my mind for whatever reason i thought it wasn't putting the picture in. Then when i went to post it, I get the error message. So I was like to heck with it, I will come back in a minute and try again. Then I start getting notifications on the post so i was thinking what in the world is going on here... alas i did only get the one Brooks patch card.

I see you posted those pics in the mid afternoon which seems to be the time all those error messages happen. For several days in the mid afternoon this site becomes almost unusable only to operate perfectly by the late afternoon/early evening. I'm curious to see if this trend continues.

Wow! Very cool!

I just looked this up and I'm glad to see he is still alive and I totally forgot he was the overall first pick in the 1974 NFL Draft. He is one of those players that I view as a HOFer even though he is not in the Hall. I wonder if he would have made it had he not interrupted his football career to delve into boxing?

Thanks. Can't believe I haven't shown it before now. I've had it for about 10 years! My system of knowing which cards I've shown says it hadn't been shown... so... there you go!
The other thing I forgot about him was the college he went to. I knew it was not a major conference and it ended up being a HBCU, Tennessee State.

I think you traded me a Harvey Martin auto a year or so ago who was the other bookend DE for Dallas back then.

I thought it was Pugh I traded to u... I remember that card. Great photo!

Went to an autograph show around 2003 in Chicago, and he was there.....looked as if he could have still suited up for a Sunday game! He was ripped!
I didn't notice that about him, was only around him for about 5 seconds... but I believe it! Irvin was jacked too. Probably more muscular than his playing days. Mark Stepnoski was the only one there that I saw that probably wouldn't have been able to suit up again. But, that's because he looked to be about 175 lbs. Far cry from his playing days! Warren Moon was there the first night. It was an Oilers/Cowboys signing... and he looked in shape too. It was the first night of the event and only about 4 players were signing so there weren't very many people there at all. There was no one in line for Warren Moon!! If I was thinking, I would have gotten a mini helmet from one of the vendors and bought a ticket to get his auto.... speaking of vendors at autograph shows... PURE VULTURES!!! I was behind a lady that got a custom Cowboys Full Size helmet signed by Tony Dorsett. I thought it was awesome! The next day I walk by and see her behind her table with that same signed helmet for $250!!! Jeff.... cue Gretta.....

Greta is OUTRAGED!

As far as Stepnoski all I can say is "GET A HAIRCUT HIPPIE!". On the flip side he probably will outlive most of his teammates since he lost all that weight.

And partakes in the THC consumption....
Yes I know he is a 420 guy. Must be a Polish thing since wrestler Rob VanDam (real nme Rob Szatkowski) is also a 420 advocate and has been for as long as Stepnoski was.

Maybe I'm not really Polish since I'm not one. I must research this on one of these geneology sites. LOL

I still LMAO at your take on "why is Eddie Vedder signing at this Cowboy function?"

I had to pull up a picture of Vedder on my phone and show my Dad... it was a crazy scene.
