I don't think I've ever seen these before. I have the 1969 Glendale Stamps but I don't think I've ever owned one of these. Where did you get this?

I kind of pride myself on knowing a lot about oddball football issues from this era but am shocked I had no idea about these!

I think Grover Cleveland wore his like that... I know I've seen guys from the 1700s with that style... so I'm calling it "The Grover" lol

I kind of figured it was something like that given the similarity of their names. I've never heard of the player in the picture you posted nor the set it was in!!!

I did some research (weird stuff out there) and the closest thing I could find to this is called "The Friendly Mutton Chops" I never came across the alternative "Angry Mutton Chops" though...
