Down here race is the first thing someone describes when talking about another person. The cultural difference is so great that starting with race just sets the scene so well. If you visited this "city" you'd think it was segregated on purpose!

We only live about 6 hours away from eachother so our crazies intermingle with yours and vice versa. Supposedly they have meetings under the gumdrop tree on Tuesday nights at
