Yes the Bench can use it. Go to trade manager, hit the sending free card. Next send to Meliah, he is the one the cards go to and he is putting it together. his vaddy will come up. Or go to the far right of the blue bar where it says YSL project and you will see the cards that are needed and Meliahs address.
