Thanks! They're pretty cool and unique "cards". And look great in the SGC holder. That deserves a WOW!!!!

That item has a ton of things going for it. First, it is a Jackie Robinson which makes it like gold. It is an issue from an iconic team in the Brooklyn Dodgers which is a major plus. Throw in the fact it is ovesized and I assume on a thinner paper stock and a 5.5 on something like that is waaaaay more impressive than a 10 on a modern card. Thanks! You are trading this to me right? Or do I have to get a third party involved?Well duggum.... perfect timing to stroll on in, huh? lol But seriously, very nice! 2 and a half months would be a tough time to wait on something like that. My mind would start to worry all sorts of things!
If I ever send something back to SGC I think I'd have to include this little nug... as podunk as it is coming after that!!

yes, it's 5" by 7" and flimsy like an 89 donruss card. it's a small miracle these survived as good as they did. The Boys of Summer..That item has a ton of things going for it. Iromic you posted a team issued photo as I've been heavily involved in a topic here last week trying to ID some San Francisco 49er team issued photos. I thought I had them I'D but a Billy Kilmer photo threw a monkey wrench in my findings..
I had a team issued photo set of the 1968 or 1969 Detroit Tigers. After 10 year old me got done handling them I would have gotten a SGC minus 10yes, it's 5" by 7" and flimsy like an 89 donruss card. it's a small miracle these survived as good as they did. The Boys of Summer..

That is a great card right there. Syracuse University really produced a lot of great talent back in the 60s and 50s. Brown, Csonka, Liltte, Nance, Davis and Mackey. He missed the 1959 National Championship by 1 year but made up for it with an NFL title and a Super Bowl Championship. Sad end for him though as he suffered from severe CTE for the last decade of his life.
Anythings possible I suppose. You are trading this to me right? Or do I have to get a third party involved?
Oh good. I thought I was going to have to cue up Greta again. LMAO!Anythings possible I suppose.
Noo I didnt see that. But makes sense. The Cowboys Defense was so bad they had to score high for a chance to win anything. Hmmm... wonder how that happened!! There's gotta be something in the water there... trading 2 franchise players in one year in the same city in different sports?! I love ya Dallas, but y'all better get situated right quick! Greta's just a few clicks away!!Oh good. I thought I was going to have to cue up Greta again. LMAO!
Did you see where if Gak had played the 2nd half this past week he probably would have been the first Cowboy ever to lead the league in Passing Yards? He was leading the league going in but ended up third behind Stat Padford and Jarred Goff who ironically were traded for one aother. I was surprised to hear that except when I really think about it Dallas has mostly been a dominant running team in their history where their two greatest QBS were HOFers but not ones to put up crazy passing stats which is often the trademark of a bad team.
As an LA resident and johnny-come-lately to the Rams, I object to the negative reference to Matt Stafford. He was the difference maker for the 2021 championship - without him they don't make it, with him they do. Aaron Donald was the reason they were good, but Stafford put them over the top. If you have watched him this season, at 37, he has been as good as they come. Better than Maye, who threw 5 td passes against the Jets. Whoopdedoo - talk about stat padding.Oh good. I thought I was going to have to cue up Greta again. LMAO!
