I think that is considered the first regular player card that is an action shot. I think the "first" designation is because it is the lowest #d card (#5, I believe) that is an action shot in the 1971 set. I think it also has a hgher BV than his RC which is also a oewer #'d card.

I just bought the Beckett Vintage and the 1970 Topps Munson is at 200.00 and the 1971 Topps Munson is at 300.00

I think that has to do with the condition sensitivity of the 1971s and the fact the 1971 is considerd the first...........at least numeically speaking...........action shot for a regular card for a player. Thanks for that updated info!
