    It means series one and series two. All the S1 and S2 versions per player are priced the same, but I don't know the differences between each players' release.

    You know, when you pick something up for your personal collection and it's something you like, it's probably a nice pickup. It's a photo negative, so it's definitely not mass produced...You could have picked up a card of the "next hot rookie" and paid that much or more...I like it! :)

    2011 topps no name football

    Since the player's position, (which should be at the bottom and is also in foil) isn't there either, I would say, as Tim suggested, that it's a printing error. If Topps was issuing variations, they probably wouldn't have left off the position too. Got to be worth something to someone though!

    We're like baseball players. They only remember the line drives that are caught that cost them a hit...not the 12 hoppers that squeak through the infield for a single. Somehow, they'll tell you they never quite even out. :rolleyes:
