I have a couple of guys that were drafted that are not yet at their highest potential star rating (ie. one guy has 2 stars but his potential is 2 1/2 stars). Does this mean they still need some more seasoning and I should be placing those guys in the minors?
Like spartanfan said, if they're younger guys, a year or so in the minors might do them good and could help in their development.
But if they're somewhere along the age of 28 or 29, then they're probably not going to develop much and you might as well see what they can do in the bigs.
The Carlos Pena case in the last BSL was an extremely odd one. I think he had like a 16 "potential" power rating but was only around a 30 "actual" rating.
