I contacted angels rams/fan in Wyoming and he told me he was
not into trading anymore. Does anybody know of anybody else
in Wyoming.

There is also a new trade on here that lists dc. I have sent him
a couple of pms and also replied on a thread that he started and
best I can tell he has not replied to anybody. He goes by fakeskemp8.

You're right. I couldn't even locate pfosset in the member's list. Angelsrams fan was my Wyoming trader was well. Traded with him a couple of years ago.
