Razor Cuts question

Hey guys,

I bought a couple of the encased Razor Sports Icon Cuts cut autograph cards for my HOF Autograph collection. I was looking back at them, and it looks like there may be a little moisture on the card encased in the plastic casing. But I really can't tell if it is moisture or not.

My question is, will this end up being a problem in the long run? And why would it show up? Are these cards encased too tightly in the plastic? Does anyone else who owns any of these cuts noticed problems like this?

sometimes the inner sleeves press against the cards and it looks "wet" in spots...that might be whats going on...if so it shouldn't hurt anything long term.
