So, something to consider...
What value does Topps give you when they replace an unfulfilled redemption?
Is it the current book value of the card or is it what the value of the card was when the redemption was submitted?
The reason why I ask is that I have an overdue Eric Hosmer 2012 Topps Gypsy Queen autogrpah. When I redeemed it over 23 weeks ago it's value was $60. Now, after a pretty average season the value of the autograph dropped 50% to $30.
Do I have a right to ask for a replacement with a value of $60?
Has anyone had any experience with this kind of situation?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Melissa
