HaHa no. I have a decent career but am far from rich. LOL. I have been collecting pretty heavily for over 45 years. And, as Im sure my wife will attest, I spend more on cards than she would like me to. I am also lucky because when we were much younger we struggled while I worked long hours as she was going to college. My wife has a pretty good career going herself now. I spend hours a week on ebay searching for deals. I only paid 20 bucks for the Ernie Banks I posted the other day. Much of the newer stuff was either traded for or pack pulled by me also. Truthfully, growing up poor gave me an innate ability to find the best deals possible. I appreciate the kind words about the cards but I can assure you, its done on a budget.Another one to make us (EXCEPT Hodee4) look like chumps!! For a second I thought it was even an error card. Couldn't see the topps logo in the top right, but looking closer I saw it. Man... I should've gone to college... only someone with a higher education degree and a well paying job that comes with it could afford these recent cards you've been putting up! Unless you come from old money.... you're not RS Crum by chance, are you? Using "Darryl" as an alias.....

Wow! $20 for that Banks was a great deal!! In my very out of date 2021 Price guide where it was $100.. So that was a great buy 4 years ago much less these days.HaHa no. I'll have to look for the gorillas in their gear.... I guess they wanted to show military in dress clothes so not to show the reality of combat. The Civil War was the first time the public saw real photos from battle. It was a huge shift in the perspective of glorious warfare that was only written about up till then...All I have to offer is fancy-shmancy!
I love the Dad's reaction when he turns and sees her... he looks like he actually saw Satan! Not a real card, but please, please Topps, can this be an insert in some set releasing later this year????

A Detroit sportswriter named Rob Parker nicknamed Matt Stafford "Stat Padford" because he had so many useless yards and completions when Detroit was too far behind to win. He has always been one of the greatest arm talents in the NFL and lots of stats but it is not what your stats are but when you get them.60,000 yards passing... #10 all-time... could be #6 or #7 by end of season... HOFer? Debatable...

I hear ya. Eli might get in because of the 2 Patriots teams he beat in his SB wins. Remember 1 was undefeated... Stafford will probably get close his whole life but never get in. He has a SB win... the stats, like you said, but that's about it. Don't think he was ever 1st Team All Pro and only 2 Pro Bowls. He is a tough competitor, though. I'll always remember him for the TD win against the Cowboys. Threw a bomb to get the Lions on the 2 yard line, as he was running to the line he was telling his teammates he was gunna spike it to stop the clock on the next play... Cowboys bought it. Instead of spiking it, Stafford threw a TD to win the game.A Detroit sportswriter named Rob Parker nicknamed Matt Stafford "Stat Padford" because he had so many useless yards and completions when Detroit was too far behind to win. I really like Stafford as a QB but I don't think he is a HOFer. Same with Eli Manning, Carson Palmer and a bunch of other QBs of that ilk.
