I'm surprised the record for consecutive 100 yeard games was only 7 and Jim Brown was not one of the backs who accomplished this. The current record holder for this is Barry Sanders with 14 in 1997. Barry had a terrible start that year with only 53 rushing yards total after the first two games and then rushed for an even 2,000 yards in the last 14 ames of the season.

This might be one of the unbreakable records... 17 players have had 10 or more consecutive 100 yrd games since Barry Sanders set the record. Only 4 to get 12 games consecutively since Barry Sanders. Saquon Barkley had 11 last season. To have 4 more, even the way he was running, sounds impossible!

Very cool... strange that sacks weren't officially recorded until early 80s. That stat is such a big measure of talent now that its just weired to think it wasn't important for so long for some reason... Deacon should be in the top 5 all-time.

Very nice looking card of a very great player. He was the master of the head slap, a tactic I used in high school many times trying to keep lead blockers away from my legs. Got called for a few PFs in games too even though it was legal. Guess those were a little too obvious. His head slaps were for a purpose, mine were for survival! LMAO!!
