Very cool - have been lucky enough to pull multiple 1/1's. Some good....some not so good. I would rather have a xx/100 of Judge than a 1/1 of Garrett Stubbs.
I hear ya. Not a big fan of Starr just because of that QB Sneak. But, much respect...
I wish personality was part of the judging of whether a player got in to the HOF or not... Aaron Rodgers just erks me so much I hate that he will get to say he's a HOFer. His bragging about his Wonderlic score back in the day started it all...
And don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't feel Favre and Rodgers are not HOF caliber. With Brett I initially loved his childlike enjoyment he played the game with. But towards the end , espafter the Packers drafted Aaron, he was like oh I'm retired, I'm not I am I'm not. 3 years of constant bs. Holding your franchise hostage. Rodgers seemed like a pretty regular guy, until you really got to see his personality. Then it's like, dude, can you be any more unlikable?

I think this is my new favorite card. Acquired in a trade with Brettfan the 2022 Topps Throwback Thursday with the 2001 Bowman design. The powder blues, rookie year facsimile auto and the exploding Comisky Park score board in the background. Perfect card. And with Kirby growing up on the south side in the Old Robert Taylor Homes it had to feel good to him that he was able to escape the "ghetto " as it were.

Pack fresh from 2025A/G -- lucky enough to grab a RIP card from our break. Of course it had to be Lindor - don't want to destroy a PC card, but also...want to see whats in it!! The other two we ripped brought us a big pile of nothing. So may sit on this one for a bit.
I believe this is the "last" of the 1st and last segment of the program.....#d 100/100....

Found those ornaments I was after last week... if you remember, some came with a card. This is probably my favorite. Aikman and Emmitt didn't come with a card.
There's a mini card embedded inside the larger card...small tab on the back lets you tear it open and find out what's inside....
Like a redemption or a different player mini card?

Could be many different things - a mini extended SP, an auto mini, a wood mini, a metal mini, a 1/1 card. Possibilities are many - reality is that most get ripped and you find a mini extended SP.
Someone started a rumor on one of the social media sites that said Emmitt was going to be an asst. coach for The Cowboys. Gotta quote Wayne Campbell here... "As if!!"

Never showed this one when I received it back from grading, was going to do a guess the grade contest, but then realized you could just go look it up on their website.....me no smart....
And that beard has never been so lush!
Speaking of commercials... absolute worst one I've seen with former sports stars is the newest Aflac commercial with Deion, Saban, and Duck. What's the term? Cringe worthy...
