1979 Topps, the last year for Roger Staubach cards who provided a lot of Thanksgiving Day memories for me. ! When I put togetehr sets I always seem to lack a Cowboy QB to finish the set but it in not Roger but rather Danny White. Last year I put together a NM as well as a low grade 1979 set and I only lacked the Danny White (# 400 and something) for BOTH sets. 527 of the 528 card set for both! I did not even have a ****** copy of Danny White!
I finally got a NM copy from someone here on The Bench and miraculously finally came across a ****** version of the card to finish both sets. Geez, the1979 Danny White is like the 52 Topps Mantle for me!
