Yup. Same set. Slowly but surely I will finish it! The list of players isn't exactly stellar so it's easy to forget about it.
Back in 2012 Dorsett was at an autograph show in Houston... he was just kooky!! You could tell something about him wasn't quite right... he had these little mood swings... he'd be joking one second then had a look of slight terror the next, like he completely forgot what he was doing for a few seconds. His signature is still one of the best though!!
And he played at the same time as Payton, Dickerson, Allen, and Campbell... so he had some tough guys to beat out for that yearly title.

What kind of surface was the autogaph written on? It l;ooks kind of bumpy. I also wonder if humidity was the problem?

Its on leather or fake leather... it does get extremely humid in these parts but the card has been in a screw down holder ever since I got it... what gets me is that it's numbered to /6... never again will I get an auto card on leather/pleather. One of my footballs with a bunch of Cowboys autos has a few autos that have bled like this, but much worse... but some are still perfect 30 years later. Maybe the type of marker he used?

I thought it looked like a surface of a football. It could be that or like you said the type of marker used, Either way, I'd stay away from that type of surface just to be safe.

I'm 99% sure we had the same storm as the Cowboys/Eagles game did but 2 hours earlier. A massive front was traveling across the country from West to East and the timing makes me believe it was the same storm we had gotten. There are way too many delays in televised football as it is without Mother Nature getting involved.

Ya I waited about 30 minutes before I called it a night... Cowboys have no interior defense! Granted Mazi Smith was out, but there were holes up the middle all game! If the Eagles hadn't gotten so many flags the score could've been much worse for my guys... and have you seen the spitting scandal??? It shows Dak spit in Jalen Carter's direction first then laughed... thats when Carter got in Dak's face and spit on him... punch, kick, karate-chop... but don't spit. That's just disgusting... these are civilized adults!! Challenge him to a duel!

I missed the first 20 minutes of the game so I only saw a quick highlight that showed the Eagle player spitting. I did not see Dak spitting which may have been purposely edited out.

I'm admittedly in the vast minority who thinks players fighting during game is a good thing. Better a bunch of 300 lb guys taking swings at each other in full protective gear than them beating up some woman or a 150 lb guy. Spitting is definately a different matter but fighting is fine with me. I always defended Ndomikong Suh for his hyper aggressive on field actions. Many analysts called him a "thug" which was complete nonsense especially since the same people glorified Mean Joe Greene for doing much the same if not worse. Plus Suh was never arrested or charged with any scumbag crimes like so many of today's fine, upstanding citizens who fill NFL rosters.

Wow!! Defending Suh... that's a new one! He just lost his mind sometimes and went berzerk! Like mashing that players head into the ground with all his weight on top, purposely stomping on hands... he was just unhinged sometimes... wish the Cowboys had him!! lol
But ya if u watch the YouTube viddy on the spitting Dak was definitely the instigator.
There's an Instagram page/channel/what have you that shows the scrums and fights between players that the networks cut away from... those guys get after it!! I never understood, though, punching a guy in the head while he has his helmet on... my favorite fight (I cant remember who they were... maybe Mathieu) was when the WR and CB lined up, waited till ball was snapped, and just threw down!! Didn't care one bit about the play, they just went at it from the snap. That's hatered...

Another one to make us (EXCEPT Hodee4) look like chumps!! For a second I thought it was even an error card. Couldn't see the topps logo in the top right, but looking closer I saw it. Man... I should've gone to college... only someone with a higher education degree and a well paying job that comes with it could afford these recent cards you've been putting up! Unless you come from old money.... you're not RS Crum by chance, are you? Using "Darryl" as an alias.....
