Obed, do you know any whereabouts of Kurt Miller, Vicente Palacios, or Eddie Williams? (I'm assuming Vicente lives in Mexico...?)

You may want to try...

Kurt Miller

Carrollton, TX 75007

Vincente Palacious
Domicilio Conocido Mataloma
Vera Cruz, Mexico

By the way, I've never had any luck from anyone in Mexico. Best of luck to you!

Jim - Have you had luck with other countries? What is your approach for the SASEs? Do you send IRCs or just cash?
Thanks! mort-

I've sent 100's of letters with SASE's out of country. Most times I use foreign postage (send a lot to Canada so I just order some stamps or have a fellow Canandian Collector get me some), or I get IRC, or I just inclue $1 US since most countries use US cash anyways.

I usually use IRC's, which you can pick up from the post office. If the national post from the country you are sending to sells internal stamps, such as Canada, I usually go through that country's postal service to get stamps. Cheaper that way.

Just an update on the Von HAyes address.

1725 Yale Court
Lake Forest, Il

is a RTS, no forwarding address.

I guess we will have to wait until he gets back into baseball.

Thanks for the help guys.

Sorry to hear that, Tom. I'm pretty sure he will resurface in the game, and I will keep my eyes and ears open for a new Von Hayes addy.

Thanks. I missed out on him last season. My bad. Thanks for the help though.

Great week though for TTM. I'll post tomorrow after the mail comes in.

I sent to Oester at this address in Dec. 06. The cards were returned to me unsigned about a month and a half later.

Von Hayes was an above avergae player when he played, but what I liked about him is he was a hard nose player. I've sent to him several times cause he only signs 2 cards at a time most times, and everytime I send for him, I find a better card I like more to have him sign. IMO, he is worth having in a autograph collection :)

Robin Yount
Joel Youngblood
Matt Young (played with Dodgers and Mariners in the 80's)

Thanks again to everybody helping me with this project
Robert

Robert,

Yount, regrettably doesn't sign TTM. Your best bet is to get him IP when he's a coach. He's a very agreeable signer in person.

Joel Youngblood is the Hitting Coach with the Tucson Sidewinders this season. You should try him there.

This is what I had for Young...
