Robert,
Robbie Wine is the Head Baseball Coach at Penn State. Go to the Penn State Athletics site and you will find Robbie Wine's email address. I sent him an email last year asking if I could send him something to sign, and he replied the next day with his mailing address. I have since misplaced it, but if you email him with a request, I'm sure he'll respond positively.
I don't have anything for Willie Wilson, and I sent Mookie a request a year and a half ago and it came back "Refused".

I know worldwideed had a success with Glenn Wilson recently...but if I remember correctly, his health is not all that great; therefore, he is charging $5 or something like that for an auto. Don't quote me on the amount, though.
